I put L-Theanine in my coffee every day. Helps with jitters and focus. 

Lots of Vitamin B in nutritional yeast which I consume almost daily. Definitely recommend if you wanna make things taste cheesier/nuttier without adding fat.

Why lactaid instead of oat milk?

nut and dried berry snack mix with yeast was what i was thinking. i am not a big fan of a lot of nut milks, they separate if they are all natural or otherwise have gums and emulsifiers. also so much added sugar. plus the milk is an easy 10g protein. cold brew and soy milk is pretty good

One way to test freewill exists is to walk into a McDonald’s hungry but STILL manage only buy a cold brew and nothing else 🥹
