the positive takeaway from sbf staying at his parents house while awaiting trial: 

at least america upholds innocent until proven guilty

Anyone have any resources they can recommend to learn about protocols?

Hypothetically, why are people are not also worried about insolvency with USDC as much as they are with Tether?

Circle put out a reserve report, but so did Tether no? And neither are audited…couldn’t they just be lying?

From what I’ve heard Circle has a better reputation fwiw, but still curious. Wdyt?

I get the impression most have more confidence in USDC being “legit” … while they question tether. For me, IF tether does fall apart, tons will be saying “I knew it was a scam!” a la SBF, which helps no one that lost money.
